The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the sea. The room is unique and includes a fairly clean bathroom. It offers very comfy bed and good services. Thanks for a nice stay, we would consider staying here again.

Its location was indeed magnificent and absolutely perfect and only 5 minutes walk from Penlee House Gallery and Museum.

I found the breakfast delivery method quite frustrating. It felt impersonal and limited, with options that didn't adequately cater to dietary restrictions. On my first morning, I received a meager selection-only a tiny bowl of cereal and no coffee, disappointing from a place that promotes itself well. The interactions with staff were blunt and lacked warmth, leaving a hollow impression that hindered a positive experience.

Some areas of the hotel, such as bathrooms and carpets, could use more thorough cleaning, as guests pointed out inconsistencies. The lack of variety in the breakfast menu disappointed many, and details like the absence of hot options or coffee. A few rooms were reported as cramped. Wi-Fi service had some inconsistencies, further complicating the stay.

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll from the Jubilee Pool and close to lovely nearby shops. I stayed in a snug Single Room, which was really cozy, particularly after long days of exploring the local attractions like the Exchange and Saint Mary's Church. Breakfast was a mixed experience. having it delivered in a bag is unique, but it could have been better if there were more options for dietary restrictions.

This place was super cute and had a cozy atmosphere! Loved the comfy bed and the little personal touches everywhere. The location was perfect for checking out Penzance. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown, though. It came in a paper bag and wasn't too hot. On the plus side, they had in-room breakfast options that were nice for lazy mornings.

The place has this beautiful old vibe, walked in and felt right at home. Loved ordering brekkie the night before, fresh rolls with ham and egg delivered to my door! The garden was a chill spot after a long day exploring.

The location is super convenient, and the beds are comfy after long days of exploring the heathery moors and relaxing at the beach. Breakfast had fresh options, including homemade yogurt, and the owners are friendly. Definitely check out the local restaurants nearby!

Couple cozy stay

The room we had was a snug attic room, bed was super comfy and every day they laid a chocolate on the pillow, felt special. Breakfast was delivered in a bag, choices were good and right on time, enjoyed it in our room together.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for what you get, it's okay.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful morrab tropical gardens. My single room with a sea view was lovely, and i appreciated the unique breakfast delivery right to my door.
